Booking conditions

1. Booking. A booking request becomes final after our written confirmation and receipt of the prepayment of 30% of the total amount.

2. Payment. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due at once.

3. Security deposit. A refundable security deposit is paid on arrival and returned within 7 days after departure, minus any damages.

4. Cancellation by the guest. Up to 60 days before arrival: full refund minus € 50 administration. 59 – 30 days: 50% of the total. Less than 30 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.

5. Arrival and departure. Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

6. House rules. Guests treat the house with care and respect the neighbours. Smoking inside and parties are not allowed.

7. Liability. The owner is not liable for loss, theft or injury except in case of gross negligence.

8. Law. Spanish law applies.
