Discover La Carihuela

The beach of La Carihuela

La Carihuela is the authentic heart of Torremolinos. Where fishermen once pulled their boats onto the sand, you now find a relaxed promenade lined with restaurants, ice cream parlours and beach clubs.

Getting around is easy: the train to Málaga and Fuengirola stops nearby, and buses run along the coast. Golf courses, Selwo Marina, the Crocodile Park and the old town of Mijas are all within a short drive.

For a day out, visit the Picasso Museum and the Alcazaba in Málaga, the gorge of the Caminito del Rey or the white villages of the Axarquía.
